working duty:
Because the bucket size is different, so the volume of the grab also different.
According on the material density and volume, we design four type working duty grab bucket,
such as light duty, medium duty, heavy duty and overload duty.
1) Light: suitable for grasp all kinds of coal and pulverized coal, coal ash powder hydrated lime, blast furnace slag, etc;
2) Medium: suitable for hold the manganese ore, copper concentrate, zinc concentrate, iron, lead, zinc clinker,
slag and sand, limestone, gravel, etc.;
3) Heavy: suitable for hold the iron ore, dolomite, magnesite, copper, lead concentrate, massive slaked lime, etc
There have two set of reel in the bridge crane, one group of each of the two wire rope tied on opposite
sides of the grab bucket balance frame inclined shell or (wire loop with a cord round),
as a support for steel rope.Another group of two root for opening and closing steel rope,
they respectively through the rope wheel, the head pulley, beam under the pulley block and tackle formation,
the opening of the grab bucket effect.
